Job Description

Strategic Public Relations

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the German market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Create compelling press releases, media kits, and thought leadership content for various audiences.
• Manage crisis communication protocols and serve as primary spokesperson when needed.
• Coordinate media events, press conferences, and product launches.
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular reporting on PR performance metrics.
• Collaborate with international PR teams to ensure consistent global messaging.
• Develop partnerships with industry associations and professional organizations.

Marketing Campaign Management

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage social media strategy and content creation for corporate channels.
• Coordinate trade show participation and event marketing activities.
• Develop marketing collateral and promotional materials in German and English.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Others

• Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer-facing marketing materials.
• Manage external agency relationships and vendor partnerships.
• Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation for PR and marketing activities.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PR and marketing roles, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
• Proficiency in German or Spanish or French and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven track record of successful media relations and campaign management in the German market.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Experience with PR software, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in measuring and reporting on PR and marketing ROI.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events, conferences, and client meetings.
