Senior Marketing Insights Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze the digital customer journey across marketing touchpoints
• Assess website and campaign performance
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and self-serve views
• Present insights and recommendations clearly
• Explore new datasets and data connections
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify business questions
• Operate independently on complex and ambiguous work

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related analytical role
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys
• Ability to apply statistical thinking and analytical rigor
• Experience building dashboards with a BI tool (such as Power BI)
• Advanced SQL abilities
• Familiarity with AI or LLM tools
• Clear written, verbal, and visual communication skills
