In this role you will lead the delivery of mechanical packages for a large hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery to the required quality. You will manage mechanical teams, coordinate with multi-discipline teams, and oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems. The position places you at the core of a European data centre construction program, focused on scalable, mission-critical infrastructure. You will shape project execution through planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Own the delivery of mechanical packages from construction through commissioning and handover
• Lead mechanical project teams, subcontractors and suppliers across construction phases
• Oversee installation of HVAC, piping, pumps, valves, and related building services
• Develop and monitor construction programmes, resource plans and progress reporting
• Manage budgets, procurement, subcontractor performance and commercial risks
• Coordinate with design, electrical, commissioning and project management teams for integrated delivery
• Review technical submissions, drawings, specs and method statements for conformance
• Monitor QA, HSE performance and compliance with standards
• Lead project meetings and maintain client/stakeholder communications
• Oversee testing, commissioning, documentation and final handover of mechanical systems

• Proven experience as Senior Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
• Strong mechanical building services background, ideally in data centres or mission-critical environments
• Experience managing complex mechanical packages, subcontractors, budgets and programmes
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical plant, pipework and commissioning
• Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, communication and stakeholder management
• Relevant mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience
