(Senior) Media Analyst (all genders) for Talent Acquisition

In this role you’ll join the Talent Acquisition team in Central Europe to turn complex recruitment and media data into actionable insights. You’ll own analytics across the candidate journey and employer branding performance, enabling data-driven decisions that attract top talent. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external media partners, shaping TA analytics and reporting with real impact. • Measure and optimize employer branding campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels
• Own end-to-end analytics of the candidate lifecycle and channel effectiveness
• Build scalable dashboards and automated reports in Power BI or Tableau; leverage generative AI tools
• Summarize data into concise, management-ready stories for executives
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Employer Branding, HR, and regional teams throughout cycles
• Serve as main contact for external media agency and collaborate with campaign leads

• Degree in business administration, controlling, analytics, marketing, media management, or HR, or a comparable vocational qualification
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in web analytics, marketing/HR reporting or controlling
• Experience evaluating digital campaigns and familiarity with tracking methods and attribution models (UTM, conversion tracking)
• Advantage: experience with Econda, Contentsquare, or Phenom People
• Strong numerical focus, structured work methods, interest in performance tracking and market intelligence
• Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across workstreams; stakeholder coordination
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau
