About the Role

Perk is growing its Meetings & Events offering and looking for an Enterprise MICE Specialist to be a key part of delivering it. This is a hands‑on, client‑focused role sitting within our Events team, working closely with Sales and Account Management to deliver exceptional MICE programmes for our corporate clients. If you’ve built solid experience in a TMC or corporate travel agency and you’re ready to take on more complex programmes with greater autonomy, this is your next step.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll manage the end‑to‑end coordination of conferences, meetings, incentive programmes, group travel, and corporate events for clients across multiple regions and time zones - from initial RFP through to supplier negotiation, contracting and logistics planning.

You’ll work alongside our Sales and Account Management teams, supporting discovery conversations and helping position Perk Events’ capabilities to clients. On the client side, you’ll build strong relationships with your accounts, proactively anticipating their needs and identifying opportunities to grow their engagement with our Meetings & Events offering.

Internally, you’ll collaborate across planning, logistics, and delivery to make sure every programme runs seamlessly. You’ll contribute ideas for how we can improve the way we operate, and your work will play a meaningful part in the team’s commercial results.

What we’re looking for

4‑6 years of MICE Sales experience

You’ve worked in a structured M&E or MICE environment, ideally within a travel management company or corporate travel agency, and you’re confident handling complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes independently.

Strong German Language Skills

You will be required to work with German speaking clients so must have strong written and verbal German language skills.

Solid track record

You have a history of successfully delivering high‑quality events within a corporate or agency setting. You’re commercially aware, organised under pressure, and comfortable owning client relationships day‑to‑day.

Proactive and detail‑oriented

You have a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to flag issues early and bring solutions. You don’t just execute, you think ahead and bring ideas that make programmes better.

Obsessed with customer delight

You care about going above and beyond, transforming a standard booking into a 7‑star experience that keeps clients coming back.

Perk culture

We want brilliant people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, working collaboratively, and genuinely making a difference to our clients and our team.

What we offer

  • Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk
  • Rest and recharge with our generous allocation of vacation days plus public holidays
  • Know that your loved ones are protected financially through your Life Insurance if the worst were to happen
  • Join our unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer party
  • Contribute to your community with 16 paid hours per year to spend volunteering for your dearest charitable causes
  • Broaden your horizons with up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days per year
  • Follow your passions and take a four‑week, fully paid sabbatical once you reach 5 years
  • Let us help you move to one of our hubs with relocation support

How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL‑first approach to work, where our team works together in‑person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.

Equal Opportunity Employer

At Perk we believe that diversity adds incredible value to our teams, our products and our culture. We don’t just accept differences—we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products and our community. As an equal opportunity employer, we stay true to our mission by ensuring that our place can be anyone’s place regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.
