YOUR TASKS:

• Ensure the stable, secure, and standardized operation of Microsoft-based customer environments within a managed services environment.
• Operate, maintain, and continuously enhance Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues while supporting change implementations, migrations, patch and lifecycle management, and the implementation of security and operational standards.
• Handle technical escalations, maintain structured documentation of solutions and operational processes, and contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of managed services.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and deliver a high level of service quality.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Several years of experience operating and administering Microsoft infrastructures, with strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Hands-on experience with Domain Controllers, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, Kerberos, LDAP, replication, permission structures, trusts, certificates/PKI, as well as incident, request, and change management processes.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for administration, analysis, and automation of recurring tasks.
• Ideally, experience with Microsoft Azure, monitoring solutions, server hardening, patch and lifecycle management, and managed services environments.
• A structured and self-driven working style, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, SC-300, or AZ-800/AZ-801 are considered an advantage.
• German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level.
