Senior Mobile Engineer – Affirmative Action for Women

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Pagaleve's iOS and Android apps, focusing on quality, performance, and user experience.
• Work with React Native + Expo SDK.
• Build and maintain a shared component design system, with documentation in Storybook for React Native.
• Integrate with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Ensure quality using Jest and React Native Testing Library, with mocks via MSW.
• Collaborate on delivering OTA updates via Hot Updater and manage distribution via EAS Build.
• Handle mobile security aspects: jailbreak/root detection, biometrics, passkeys, secure storage.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with React Native on apps published to the App Store and Google Play.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with Expo SDK.
• (Nice-to-have) Knowledge of OTA updates (Hot Updater, Expo Updates) and rollout strategies.
• Familiarity with mobile security: biometrics (expo-local-authentication), passkeys, jail-monkey, secure storage (expo-secure-store).
• Knowledge of mobile attribution and analytics: Firebase, AppsFlyer, PostHog, Sentry.
