Senior .NET Developer

In this role you will lead the design and evolution of complex .NET systems at Vistex, shaping scalable, secure applications and RESTful services. You will operate with high autonomy, influence architecture, and mentor peers to raise engineering standards. You’ll collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into robust solutions and support CI/CD and containerization. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to advance Vistex’s platform for managing promotions, rebates, and incentives at scale.

• Lead technical analysis and architectural decisions for scalable .NET applications and RESTful services
• Own the full lifecycle of delivered solutions ensuring high performance, reliability, and stability
• Drive improvements to system architecture, coding standards, and engineering practices
• Resolve complex technical problems across components and services
• Coach and mentor mid-level and junior developers through feedback and code reviews
• Conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions and support capability growth
• Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps to implement robust solutions supporting CI/CD and containerization
• Contribute to technical strategy, design discussions, and solution brainstorming
• Ensure application performance, security, and operational stability

• 6 years of experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
• Proven expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID, OOP, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL optimization
• Practical experience with microservices architecture and Docker-based deployments
• Knowledge of cloud platforms with hands-on experience in Azure and/or AWS
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
