Stellenbeschreibung:
In this role you will develop and manage production plans to meet on-time delivery, monitor performance and resources, and coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain. You will analyze data to identify bottlenecks, support S&OP and capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and Sales to ensure efficient utilization of people, machines and materials, and maintain accurate records. This position offers the chance to influence production performance in an automotive context and contribute to cost control and operational excellence.
Verantwortungsbereiche- Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor production performance, capacity utilization and inventory levels
- Coordinate material availability with Procurement and Supply Chain
- Analyze production data, KPIs and bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions
- Ensure optimal utilization of personnel, machines and production resources
- Support cost control and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and Sales
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Monitor adherence to production targets, quality standards and delivery commitments
- Support S&OP and capacity planning processes
- Identify risks impacting production schedules and develop mitigation plans
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering
- Several years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Branch experience in Automotive
- Knowledge of production planning methods, capacity planning, MRP and inventory management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
