Senior Organizational Development Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you drive Heraeus Electronics’ strategic transformation by translating mission, vision, and values into effective structures, leadership capabilities, and cultures. You act as a trusted change partner to enable cross-functional collaboration and impactful, governance-driven initiatives. You will lead selected programs and contribute to global transformation efforts, strengthening virtual ways of working and ensuring coherence across HR and business needs. • Anchor organizational development to Mission, Vision, Purpose and Group Values across Heraeus Electronics
• Design and drive coherent change initiatives aligned with strategy deployment
• Advise leaders and teams on processes, structures, and culture to strengthen execution
• Lead selected projects and contribute to regional/global initiatives within Heraeus HR Community
• Enhance virtual collaboration and modern ways of working for a stronger global organization
• Provide governance, transparency, and impact measurement for OD initiatives
• Integrate HR functions (Learning & Development, business leaders) to align design, processes, and business needs

• Ten years of experience in Organizational Development in complex, international, matrix-based settings
• MSc in Business Administration, Business Economics, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• Formal qualifications in systemic organizational development, systems thinking, and change architecture
• Proven track record in designing/implementing large-scale organizational change
• Experience linking OD strategy with learning, capability-building, and employee development programs
• Strong virtual collaboration skills; proficient with MS Teams, Microsoft 365, and digital whiteboards (e.g., Miro or Mural)
• Intercultural competence with regional experience (Asia context preferred) and ability to adapt change concepts
• Credible senior advisory capability to influence leaders without line authority
• Structured, analytical, pragmatic working style with resilience and political acumen
