Ihre Aufgaben – Das erwartet Sie:

• Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Bestandskunden
• Aktiver Verkauf und Platzierung von Produkten und Aktionen
• Gewinnung neuer Kunden über Outbound-Telefonie
• Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst und Marketing

Gute Voraussetzungen - Ihr Profil:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb
• Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt und am Verkaufen
• Freundliche und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Überzeugungskraft
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft-Office, insbesondere mit Excel
• Interesse und Spaß an der Lösungsfindung unterschiedlichster Problemstellungen und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität
• Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, eine genaue, selbstständige sowie lösungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Kontaktfreude, ein dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten und Kommunikationsgeschick
• Erfahrungen mit SAP und CRM-Systemen sind vorteilhaft
• Grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

• Hybrid: Time is scheduled between working from a TSM home office and at a company facility, as required.
