A leading digital advertising agency is seeking a Senior Paid Social Manager to join their fun and dynamic team. This agency focuses on a variety of clients across Germany and really need someone with strong client facing/management experience.

The Senior Paid Social Manager will oversee paid media strategies for inspiring businesses, with a manageable client load, the role emphasises quality over quantity, akin to a boutique strategy consulting approach.

Location: Berlin (Hybrid)

Salary: up to €70,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage paid social campaigns for various high-end clients.


• Develop and execute full-funnel, 360-degree strategies.


• Analyse performance, strategise improvements, and execute campaigns.


• Provide input on creative briefs and evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets.


• Collaborate with senior team members and support from juniors and technical experts.


• Manage the client expectations (e.g. if metrics going the wrong way)


• Fluent German speaker

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 3+ years of commercial experience running Meta ads and at least 1 year of TikTok ads for multiple brands


• Ideally, you will come from a small agency


• Possesses strong analytical and creative thinking skills, as well as being strategic
