Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Sprinklr, and more.
• Develop digital media plans in collaboration with client service and ad ops teams.
• Daily campaign optimization aligned with performance goals.
• Analyze results and user insights, prepare reports, and derive strategic actions.
• Advise on platform, format, and objective alignment with client goals.
• Stay current with social trends and maintain direct contact with platform marketers.
• Guide and develop junior team members and trainees.

Requirements

• 3+ years of paid social media experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Strong digital and tech affinity.
• Trend awareness and social insight.
• Detail‑oriented and organized work style.
• Affinity for luxury brands preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent English (C1); German is a plus.
