Senior Partner - DACH Manufacturing Consulting Leader (m/f/d)

In this senior role, you will lead growth for Wipro’s Manufacturing Consulting within EMR, focusing on the DACH region while enabling multi-regional support. You will act as a trusted C-level advisor, shaping transformation programs and identifying new growth areas. You will drive value for large enterprise clients through Industry 4.0, digital twin, and end-to-end business transformation. This opportunity lets you influence strategic directions and strengthen Wipro’s position as a premier transformation partner.

• Lead growth of the Manufacturing consulting business across strategic accounts; develop and execute growth strategies
• Provide thought leadership and act as trusted advisor to C-level clients in transformation programs
• Identify and shape transformation propositions using core and disruptive technologies
• Drive cross-sell opportunities for wider Wipro Consulting services (Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Technology Strategy, People & Change, Finance Transformation, Sustainability)
• Champion Manufacturing initiatives in the DACH region to accelerate customer value and reposition Wipro as a strategic partner
• Lead and influence multi-shore consulting projects with distributed teams to deliver sustainable value
• Define transformation propositions and engagement models that yield tangible business benefits for large enterprise clients
• Proactively manage talent development, project governance, and executive communications to secure multi-million-dollar engagements

• Proven ability to generate consulting business from new and existing accounts
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with client, partners, and internal teams
• Experience selling and delivering large-scale engagements in a sell-and-deliver model
• Delivery expertise for multi-shore projects with distributed teams
• Ability to design and lead strategic execution, manage change, and build client/partner relationships
• Proficiency in program management, storytelling, executive communications, and commercial disciplines
