Senior Penetration Tester – 100% Remote Work Possible

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and conduct penetration tests and security assessments.
• Primary focus on web applications, API interfaces, and infrastructure.
• Develop tools and scripts for automation.
• Develop proof-of-concepts for attack scenarios.
• Perform security benchmarking.
• Design and prepare live-hacking scenarios.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a penetration tester or IT security consultant.
• OSCP certification required.
• Business‑fluent German (C1–C2) and very good English (C1).
• Expertise in web applications, API interfaces, and networking.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site consulting and audits (infrequent).
• Knowledge of open security standards and projects, including OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Passion for IT and IT security.
• Enthusiasm for new technical challenges.
• Experience with scripting languages.
