Senior People Development Partner (f/m/d)

In this role you partner with managers to embed a high-performance, growth-focused culture across Black Semiconductor. You will drive development initiatives, coach leaders, and scale people programs to support fast-growing teams. You’ll translate theCareer Framework into everyday practice and lead development conversations, ensuring meaningful growth for individuals and teams. This is a hands-on partner role in a collaborative, international setting that values learning and impact.

• Partner with team leads as the dedicated People Partner for assigned client groups across the employee lifecycle
• Own development agenda with managers, including development planning, growth conversations, and promotion considerations
• Deliver company-wide Performance Review Cycles and Mid-Year Talent Reviews with manager preparation and calibration
• Implement the Black Semiconductor Career Framework in leveling, promotions, and career path conversations
• Coach managers to conduct meaningful development conversations and effective goal setting
• Promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing within teams
• Contribute to talent reviews and succession planning with deep understanding of client groups
• Coordinate with senior People & Culture leaders to align development strategy and execution
• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees as the first point of contact for development topics
• Identify opportunities to strengthen manager capability and improve development processes

• 6–10 years in HR Business Partnering, People Development, or related People & Culture role in an international organization
• Proven experience partnering with managers across the full employee lifecycle to support development and growth
• Hands-on experience in performance management and talent reviews, including calibration and development planning
• Strong coaching capability to develop managers' people leadership skills
• Experience applying career frameworks or leveling models to promotions, growth planning, and development discussions
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and balance business priorities with development
• Comfort in a fast-growing, international, collaborative environment with evolving processes
• Strong judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence for sensitive topics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence
• Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
• Previous experience in a fast-growing startup, technology, engineering, or deep-tech environment is highly desirable
