Senior Performance & Inventory Manager (m/f/d) - Global Supply Chain

In this role you drive global supply chain performance and inventory excellence to enable data-driven decisions across our international network. You will define KPIs, develop dashboards, and lead optimization initiatives that balance service, cost, and working capital. The position combines analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and digitalization efforts to improve patient outcomes. You’ll work with multiple teams worldwide to turn complex data into actionable strategies and scalable improvements.

• Define and monitor global supply chain and inventory KPIs
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance insights to support decision-making
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead global inventory optimization initiatives to balance service, cost, and working capital
• Manage risks related to excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and expiring inventory
• Drive inventory strategy, policies, and continuous improvement activities
• Support digitalization and automation projects across supply chain processes
• Develop advanced analytics and predictive models for inventory and service performance
• Conduct scenario analyses and provide recommendations for business decisions
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Finance, IT, and Manufacturing teams worldwide

• Several years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or performance management
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI management and reporting
• Hands-on experience with ERP and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAC, Python, or similar
• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a plus
• Experience in data science and AI is a plus
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages are an advantage
