(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager - Programmatic

About the Role

Our Advertising team is looking for a motivated (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager – Programmatic (f/m/d) to support our clients in growing their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for all Amazon DSP marketing activities of existing and future customers
• Plan, steer, monitor, and optimize DSP campaigns according to defined performance goals
• Develop campaign strategies for existing and new customers based on their business goals
• Manage client communication and discuss advertising strategies and results
• Support other campaign managers by sparring professionally and continuously improving processes, tools, and reports
• Develop our consulting and service portfolio by evaluating new market and technology developments to deliver real value to customers

Who You Are

• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and expand your knowledge daily
• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing
• In‑depth knowledge of social or display/programmatic advertising; experience with Amazon DSP is a plus
• Highly analytical with strong technical understanding and quality orientation
• Effective communicator, able to present complex information understandably
• Self‑initiative, able to prioritize tasks independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; a second language such as German or French is beneficial
