Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Sponsored Ads, Amazon SEA (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for Amazon Marketing activities—including Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMG—for both existing and future customers.
• Operationally design, plan, steer, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns to meet defined performance goals.
• Develop campaign strategies tailored to each customer’s business goals.
• Provide support and professional sparring to other campaign managers, improving campaign quality through processes, tools, and reports.
• Continuously develop consulting and service portfolio, staying abreast of market and technology developments to add real value for clients.

Qualifications

• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and willing to expand personal know‑how daily.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in online and performance marketing.
• Deep expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console), ideally also DSP, AMG, and practical experience with Amazon SEO.
• Strong Excel skills; proficiency with PivotTables.
• Highly analytical with good technical understanding, quality‑driven, and solution‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills with customers; able to present complex concepts clearly.
• Proactive, self‑initiated, and able to prioritize tasks independently.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
