Senior Perfumer

Join an established international fragrance house to play a key role in developing innovative fragrance solutions for leading consumer brands.

What You Can Expect:

• Develop innovative and commercially successful fragrances across different categories, consumer and fine fragrance experience is welcome
• Translate customer briefs, consumer insights and market trends into inspiring fragrance concepts
• Optimize formulations to achieve the best possible olfactive, technical and commercial performance
• Work closely with Commercial, Evaluation, Application, Marketing and Regulatory throughout the development process
• Present fragrance concepts to customers and participate in creative workshops and innovation projects
• Represent the organisation at international customer meetings and industry events and travel internationally as required

What You Bring:

• Several years of professional experience as a Creative Perfumer
• A proven track record of commercially successful fragrance creations in the consumer fragrance categories
• Broad cross-category expertise combined with strong creative and technical capabilities
• A passion for fragrance creation as well as a curious and innovative mindset
• An entrepreneurial, customer-focused approach and experience working with international customers and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and fluency in written and spoken English
