How you will contribute to our success

• Work hand-in-hand with business stakeholders to identify requirements, plan milestones, and polish features by measuring their performance


• Raise the engineering bar in the company, implementing best practices in the cross-team environment and mentoring more junior engineers


• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic coding tools into the team's workflows to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality


• Decompose the monolith, building a modern import/export pipeline to support hundreds of third-party integrations


• Migrate the application environment from the private cloud to the AWS platform


• Choose adequate technical and business metrics to monitor features and manage the risk


• Solve technical design issues

You will thrive in this role if you

• Have solid relevant experience in backend engineering


• Are familiar with AI-assisted software development, including agentic coding tools and workflows


• Have experience mentoring and developing team members, providing technical guidance, constructive feedback, and support while fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
