Senior Platform Engineer - K8s and Delivery (d/f/m)

In this role you design, implement and maintain Kubernetes-based solutions and AWS infrastructure to enable engineering teams to run applications reliably on Kubernetes. You collaborate with security to strengthen the cloud posture and continuously improve CI/CD concepts, empowering product teams to deploy safely and efficiently. You work closely with cross-functional teams to introduce new infrastructure and services that accelerate delivery. You participate in internal rotations, providing hands-on support to teams facing daily challenges. You contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Platform team.

• Design, implement and maintain Kubernetes-based solutions, clusters, and AWS infrastructure to support engineering teams' applications
• Enhance security posture by collaborating with the security team
• Improve CI/CD systems and concepts for deployment on AWS-managed services and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with product teams to implement infrastructure and services for timely project delivery
• Provide hands-on support to engineering teams as part of internal team rotation

• Extensive hands-on experience with designing and managing Kubernetes solutions and AWS infrastructure
• Strong Kubernetes troubleshooting skills, including control plane, drivers and networking
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo)
• Solid knowledge of networking, security, monitoring, and Linux system administration
• Experience in telecom/connectivity domains is a plus
• Kubernetes CKA certification required; CKS certification a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical topics to non-technical audiences
