Senior PLM Architect – PTC Solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of bid and proposal solutions, ensuring the PLM architecture (focusing on PTC solutions) aligns with customer challenges, business objectives, and technical requirements
• Participate in PLM solutioning activities across North America in coordination with the Global Solutioning organization
• Contribute to proposal design and writing by collaborating with bid teams, PLM presales
• Ensure accurate and insightful deal qualifications by engaging directly with customers, understanding their expectations, and validating technical and business feasibility
• Support project delivery as a delivery executive or business/technical advisor
• Engage in presales activities such as discovery workshops, value definition, solution storytelling, and architectural reviews

Requirements

• 10+ years of strong expertise in PLM PTC platforms (Windchill, Codebeamer, FlexPLM, Creo, …) and ecosystem technologies
• Consulting mindset, skilled in problem‑framing, solution design, executive communication, and guiding customers through digital transformation journeys
• Cognitive skills such as analytical thinking, decision‑making, and conceptual design
• Creativity and innovation, applying design thinking and industry best practices to craft compelling PLM, digital thread, and Industry 4.0 solutions
• Understanding of enterprise‑level processes across engineering, product development, and industrial design
• Strong experience participating in presales engagements, proposal creation, and bid processes
