Senior Portfolio Manager Quality (m/f/d)

What makes your day with us special:

• You drive and oversee all product-related quality activities, ensuring full compliance with GMP and relevant quality standards.
• You safeguard market supply by managing product quality requirements, including deviations, CAPAs, and change control processes.
• You develop and implement quality strategies across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• You lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams, CMOs, external partners, and authorities.
• You manage risk assessments, improvement initiatives, and prepare reports for senior management.

What sets you apart:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine.
• You bring at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• You have strong expertise in GMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in managing complex quality topics.
• You are a strong communicator with experience in cross-functional collaboration and ideally leadership exposure.
