Join our DACH Team in Berlin and shape our integrated communications strategy across lifestyle and corporate media. Drive compelling narratives around our business, sustainability, and growth, lead impactful product PR, and position our brand in the conversations that matter.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Media Strategy : Develop and execute a 360‑degree PR strategy covering B2C lifestyle media (Food, Health, Lifestyle) and Corporate/Business media (Tech, Retail, Finance).
• Corporate Storytelling : Craft narratives around our business model, sustainability efforts, and international expansion to position KoRo as a leader in the D2C and retail space.
• Lifestyle & Product PR : Lead product launches and seasonal campaigns, securing high-impact placements in consumer outlets and managing relationships with key media stakeholders.
• LinkedIn & Thought Leadership : Own the KoRo LinkedIn presence, manage the corporate profile, and act as strategic advisor to founders/C‑level, ghostwriting thought‑leadership content.
• Crisis & Reputation Management : Act as first point of contact for media inquiries, staying calm, transparent, and proactive under pressure.
• Network Building : Maintain and expand a robust network of journalists, influencers, and industry experts across the DACH region and key international markets.
• Agency Steering & Management : Lead contact for external PR agencies (Lifestyle/Consumer and Corporate/Business), brief them, challenge strategies, and ensure delivery aligns with KoRo’s tone of voice.
• Internal Stakeholder Alignment : Partner with Management, Product Management, Sustainability, and Marketing teams, translating internal milestones into compelling public stories and keeping all departments on message.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand communications, ideally in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Strong, well‑established network across German (and ideally European) media, spanning lifestyle and business outlets.
• Proven track record in shaping and executing B2C storytelling and corporate/financial narratives.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in German and English.
• Experience managing or significantly contributing to LinkedIn and/or corporate social media strategies.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, execution‑driven mindset.
• Confident communicator with experience working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Resident of Berlin or surrounding area, or willing to relocate.
