Senior Pricing Manager

As Senior Pricing Manager (f/m/x), you play a key role in shaping and evolving our pricing strategies across markets. You work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, translate complex market needs into clear pricing strategies, and create the foundation for informed commercial decision‑making. At the same time, you drive the further development of pricing logic, reporting, tools, and automation while supporting the team with your experience.

YOUR TASKS

• Strategic Stakeholder Leadership: Act as a senior point of contact for cross‑functional stakeholders, translating complex market needs into clear pricing strategies and influencing decision‑making at multiple levels.
• Market‑Specific Pricing Strategy: Define, lead, and continuously optimize pricing strategies tailored to local market dynamics while ensuring alignment with global brand positioning.
• End‑to‑End Experimentation Ownership: Design, oversee, and scale advanced test frameworks (A/B testing, pilot programs), ensuring robust validation of pricing logic before international rollout.
• Pricing Logic Architecture & Optimization: Own the design and evolution of pricing logic frameworks. Lead deep‑dive investigations into underperformance, identify root causes, and drive data‑informed improvements to maximize margin and revenue.
• Automation & Process Excellence: Drive strategic automation initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and transforming manual workflows into scalable, data‑driven pricing systems. Provide guidance and oversight to junior colleagues contributing to these initiatives.
• Tool & Data Governance Leadership: Serve as the business owner for pricing tools and DWH‑related initiatives, ensuring solutions meet commercial objectives. Bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Advanced Business Intelligence: Lead the development of scalable Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks, turning complex SQL‑driven datasets into actionable insights.
• Team Mentorship & Development: Support, mentor, and develop junior colleagues within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and analytical excellence.

YOUR SKILLS

• Leadership Communication & Influence: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clearly articulate complex pricing decisions.
• Strong Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of business drivers and market dynamics, with the ability to translate them into scalable pricing strategies.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross‑functional teams, driving initiatives from concept to execution.
• Advanced Analytical & Testing Expertise: Experience in hypothesis‑driven testing, experiment design, and performance evaluation.
• Pricing Logic & Problem‑Solving: Proven track record of designing, analyzing, and optimizing complex pricing models and logic frameworks.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for advanced reporting and visualization.
• Coaching & Mentorship: Experience supporting and developing junior team members, contributing to overall team capability growth.
• You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
