Transparency expectations are rising, regulatory requirements are tightening, and organisations increasingly need reward structures they can clearly explain, justify, and defend.
This role is for an experienced Rewards & Benefits professional who wants to sit at the center of that shift: helping organisations design transparent, equitable, and robust reward frameworks that build trust, reduce pay gaps, and support long‑term performance.

Pay transparency is becoming one of the most significant shifts in reward governance in decades. Organisations increasingly recognise that this is not just a regulatory challenge, but an opportunity to build trust, clarity, and credibility with employees and stakeholders. Korn Ferry combines deep Total Rewards expertise with proven frameworks, robust job evaluation methodology, and digital solutions that allow organisations to move from analysis to action at scale. Korn Ferry is on a strong growth journey globally and locally, with rapid development of tools, methodologies, and new opportunities for experienced consultants to shape the future of the rewards profession.
