Senior / Principal UIUX Designer - Intelligent Cockpit (m/f/d)

In this role you lead UX innovation for the Automotive Intelligent Cockpit, translating strategic requirements into design opportunities and guiding research across UX, tech, and design. You will shape HarmonySpace platform UX and cockpit experiences, presenting concepts through compelling storytelling and delivering UIUX artifacts from concept to high-fidelity. You work within the Munich team and collaborate with HQ as part of a global, cross-functional group to advance the next generation operation system for automotive cockpits.

• Translate strategic requirements into UX innovation topics via HQ collaboration
• Structure and drive UX/tech/design research to extract opportunities
• Lead concepts for HarmonySpace platform UX and cockpit UX
• Demonstrate concept intents with thorough storytelling
• Create UIUX deliverables and demos from low to high fidelity per project stage

• Master’s degree or higher in UXUI design or related disciplines
• 8+ years of system-level UIUX experience in automotive cockpit or consumer devices
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI aesthetics
• Proficiency with UIUX design tools; experience with AI design tools; familiarity with front-end systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Experience in building interactive front-end demos; willingness to travel
