Senior ProAlpha Consultant (Sales & Marketing)

HCLTech is looking for an experienced ProAlpha Consultant to join a global team supporting and enhancing ProAlpha ERP solutions within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on application support, incident management, business process optimization, and continuous improvement activities across Sales and Marketing processes.

Employment Type- Full-Time (FTE), Experience: 5-10 Years, Language Requirement: German: B2, English: C1 and higher.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for ProAlpha ERP modules.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs.

Incident & Problem Management

• Investigate and resolve production issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
• Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and support documentation.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and implement approved ProAlpha enhancements.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare deployment, release, and transport documentation.

User & Business Support

• Provide functional guidance and support to business users.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business activities.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the key liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Participate in governance meetings, customer reviews, and project discussions.
• Communicate status updates on incidents, requests, and enhancements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with ProAlpha ERP
• Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing modules in ProAlpha
• Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis
• SIT and UAT Support
• Stakeholder Management and User Support
• German (B2+) and English (C1+) communication skills
