Senior Process Intelligence Analyst & Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Senior Process Intelligence Analyst & Engineer, you bridge business and IT to uncover inefficiencies and enable data-driven improvements. You will build data pipelines and digital twins of business processes, analyze bottlenecks, and quantify value through business cases. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design AI, RPA, or workflow optimizations and support implementation with clear, actionable insights. This role blends process mining, data engineering, and visualization to drive real-time decision making.

• Identify, extract, and transform data from source systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) to create digital twins of business processes
• Analyze process variants and bottlenecks; calculate business cases for process optimization
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data models for real-time dashboards
• Collaborate with functional departments to develop process-improvement concepts (AI, RPA, workflow adjustments)
• Present findings clearly and support the implementation of process changes

• Experience with Process Mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio, MEHRWERK)
• Education in a technical field related to informatics or business administration
• Proficiency in SQL/PQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience in data modeling and ETL; Python knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of complex process analysis methods (Lean Six Sigma a plus) and ERP landscape
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset; ability to explain complex topics simply
• Fluent English; German skills a plus
