Senior Product Analyst, Business Analyst – SAFe 6.0

Responsibilities

• Support project and product delivery teams
• Document requirements for system and feature development
• Collaborate with internal clients to understand requirements
• Organize meetings with different teams
• Ensure traceability on project work
• Support testing activities before release
• Assist with training documentation
• Provide RFP support

Requirements

• Experience in Azure DevOps
• Comfortable owning the backlog
• Communication experience preferred (alerts, notifications, preference management, TCPA compliance)
