Senior Product Analyst Operations Research (m/f/d)

In this role you shape the success criteria for ML products before build, guiding evaluation and validation to accelerate time-to-market. You work with Product Owners and Data Science to translate results into business insights, and create self-service analytics that scale across product teams. You design robust evaluation strategies, including simulation benchmarks and guardrails, to ensure data-driven decisions rest on solid foundations. • Define success metrics and evaluation criteria for ML products with stakeholders
• Design evaluation strategies for non-observable targets and build testable components
• Partner with Product Owner to translate DS results into business implications
• Convert stakeholder feedback into structured evidence and track decisions
• Shorten time to market via baselines, rapid prototypes and offline evaluation
• Build self-service analytics tools and establish evaluation standards across teams

• Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science or related)
• Solid foundation in statistics and metric design
• Ability to frame business problems in terms of decisions and outcomes
• Strong communication to explain model behavior and trade-offs to non-technical audiences
• Experience with AI tools to prototype and automate analysis
