(Senior) Product Designer (m/f/d)

In this role, you will shape a unified platform experience by blending two existing product lines into one coherent security and compliance solution. You’ll work with design, product, and AI teams to evolve the design system and information architecture, ensuring consistency without breaking current customer workflows. You’ll lead product design from discovery to high-fidelity delivery, focusing on AI-enabled workflows and customer-centric decisions. • Define information architecture and interaction models to merge two product experiences into one platform.
• Evolve and maintain the design system across the product line without disrupting existing customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and design to decide what to unify and validate with customer evidence.
• Lead product design from discovery through UX flows to high-fidelity UI and handoff assets.
• Design agent-enabled experiences that alter how customers interact with the platform.
• Embed customer understanding in design decisions: personas, research, competitive analysis, and product data.
• Use AI to prototype iteratively with feedback loops for faster decision speed and accuracy.
• Document rationale with annotated flows and design briefs in Jira and Confluence.
• Present and demo work to stakeholders, elevating design craft within the organization.

• 5+ years in product design (SaaS/B2B) with a strong portfolio showing UX thinking, systemic design, and visual craft.
• Experience unifying separate products or leading platform-scale design changes (e.g., design system migration).
• Curiosity about business impact and how design affects revenue, retention, and customer outcomes.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems with discovery-led approaches.
• Strong product thinking and proactive problem framing to prioritize high-impact outcomes.
• Confident collaboration with customers, Product, Engineering and C-Level stakeholders.
