(Senior) Product Designer (m/f/d)

Your Role

You are our first dedicated design person and will shape how happyhotel looks and feels – within the product and beyond. You will work closely with Product Management and Engineering to create a consistent user experience. You combine clear UX thinking with a sense for design and visually extend our brand within the product.

Your Tasks

• You understand our users’ needs through interviews and feedback.
• You bring the user perspective into all product decisions.
• You work closely with Product and Engineering to develop usable and feasible solutions.
• You create the right artifacts for each phase: flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, or handovers.
• You test your ideas with users and improve them iteratively.
• You further develop our design system and establish clear standards for design artifacts.
• You share insights from user research and design work across the company.
