Senior Product Designer (Salesforce) (Fully Remote)

• Leading the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
• Designing user experiences across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Applying Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards and components to create consistent and efficient user interfaces.

Collaboration and Strategy

• Collaborating with Product Managers, Salesforce Developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective design solutions.
• Conducting usability research, validating assumptions, gathering user feedback, and iterating designs based on insights.
• Communicating design rationale clearly and advocating for user needs throughout product development cycles.

Tools and Standards

• Creating user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
• Ensuring design decisions align with Salesforce platform capabilities, technical constraints, accessibility standards, and strategic goals.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of product design processes, workflows, and usability practices.
