Senior Product Manager, Classification

The role

Senior Product Manager – Data Classification Product team, Helsinki. You will lead the team that builds one of the key foundations of Sievo, ensuring the product stays on the right course, the team focuses on what matters most, and the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and define the right problems to solve.
• Learn about new trends and competition in the market with genuine curiosity.
• Use this information and your expertise to build a product vision and strategy and drive the product group to success.
• Prioritize development and plan and deliver the roadmap with the development team; own the domain from research, discovery, design, development to maintenance and communication.
• Lead the team alongside the Engineering Manager and coach one direct report.
• Ensure that your development team has the customer and business context needed.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create go‑to‑market plans and strategies to build the business.
• Work in a quickly evolving field, interpreting the big picture from the noise.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross‑functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to translate complex problems into understandable messages for engineers, executives, and all stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Experience using AI to accelerate and enable new capabilities.
• Ambitious and outcome‑driven mindset: setting a high bar for yourself and your product, owning the results.
• Passion for exploring customer problems and transforming them into valuable solutions.
• Can dream big, build a vision, and bridge now and the future.
• Comfortable with technology, data, and analytics, able to reason through complex logic and make fast, well‑grounded product decisions.

Our starting salary for a Senior Product Manager role is between 6300‑6800EUR, and we are open to discussing higher compensation for particularly senior profiles.
