The TeamDocument-oriented workloads are at the heart of many modern applications, and in this role you’ll help shape how developers build them using the company. You will own and evolve the company’s document data capabilities, enabling developers to work with JSON-based application data in a fast, intuitive, and scalable way across a wide range of real-world use cases.
You’ll work on a highly visible and deeply technical product area, collaborating closely with experienced engineers, architects, and customer-facing teams. The challenges you’ll tackle span data modelling, performance, memory efficiency, scalability, and developer experience, with direct feedback from customers running document-centric workloads at scale.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how the company is used beyond caching, while balancing simplicity and flexibility with the needs of open source users and enterprise customers in cloud and self-managed environments. The salary range for this role is € 126,500 to € 158,067. This role is also eligible for MBO bonus under the applicable the company plan. Final compensation will be determined based on objective, job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, role scope, level, and work location.
