Senior Product Manager - Growth

Stellenbeschreibung:

Role overview

A senior product role owning a key slice of a growth domain focused on the earliest stages of the customer lifecycle. The work covers sign-up, activation, new-user journeys, and referral loops, balancing rapid experimentation with long-term strategic thinking. Responsibilities

  • Build a clear product vision and strategy for an area of the growth domain, aligned with overall company goals
  • Optimise the entire sign-up and activation experience to reduce friction and lift conversion

  • Partner with design, research, engineering, marketing, legal, and compliance to ship cohesive experiences
  • Define, measure, and communicate the impact of new customer-facing initiatives
  • Set a high bar for rapid experimentation while keeping customer value front and centre

Requirements

  • Experience leading teams that ship world-class products and have delivered significant top-of-funnel impact
  • Highly data-driven with strong commercial judgement and a disciplined approach to experimentation
  • Experience collaborating with data scientists or machine learning experts to define metrics and run experiments
  • Ability to systematically break down complex, ambiguous problems
  • Strong storytelling and influencing skills across diverse working styles and disciplines
  • Resilience and curiosity, with a track record of challenging the status quo and improving how things work

Benefits and work setup

  • Salary £100,000 to £125,000 depending on experience, plus performance-linked incentive awards
  • London office or remote within the UK, with monthly in-person meet-ups in London
  • Flexible hours and trust-based approach to delivery
