Senior Product Manager II - Payroll Product Activation

As Senior Product Manager II, you own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for payroll onboarding automation. You will work with engineering, design, compliance, and GTM partners to deliver scalable automation for thousands of customer variations. You’ll balance vision with pragmatic execution in a fast-moving environment where decisions shape how quickly customers go live. • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the onboarding area
• Lead the full product development lifecycle from problem definition to launch and measurement
• Own and measure automation strategy to deliver value across diverse customer setups
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to balance variation, compliance, and velocity in decisions
• Coordinate with entity, contract, and infrastructure teams to align requirements and reduce cross-domain complexity
• Analyze customer escalations and edge cases to identify patterns and prioritize automations
• Navigate ambiguity and high-velocity contexts with decisive communication and course correction
• Partner with go-to-market and customer success to ensure product-market fit during platform rebuild

• 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, high-complexity environments
• Proven track record shipping in regulated or high-stakes domains with strong cross-stakeholder accountability
• Strong systems and process thinking with ability to handle interconnected problems
• Pragmatic mindset, capable of prioritizing perfect vs good-enough solutions
• Independent leadership with ownership of strategy and execution in semi-structured contexts
• Technical credibility to work with engineering teams and understand trade-offs
