Senior Product Manager (Integrations / Platform) (f/m/d)

We are traide AI , a VC-backed, B2B deep tech startup based in Berlin, using AI to solve one of the most overlooked yet critical challenges in international trade: customs compliance.

Our software automates product classifications, reduces regulatory errors, and helps customers save up of their time and gain insights into trade implications for their business. Trusted by leading brands like Siemens Healthineers, Continental, and Jack Wolfskin, we’ve achieved 4x growth over the past 12 months and we’re just getting started.

As we scale our product organization, we’re building mission-oriented squads around strategically important slices of our business.

For this, we’re looking for a Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Integrations domain.

This role is about real ownership, real decisions, and real impact. You will own the Integrations & Platform slice of traide AI and lead a dedicated squad. Your goal: make integrations a scalable growth lever, not a bottleneck. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and directly with the founders to shape a product area that is critical for customer value, revenue growth, and long-term platform strategy.

You will own the Integrations & Platform slice of traide AI and lead a dedicated squad.

Your goal: make integrations a scalable growth lever, not a bottleneck.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Customers and directly with the founders to shape a product area that is critical for customer value, revenue growth, and long-term platform strategy.

Qualifikation

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or platform products
• Proven experience owning complex product areas with real decision-making responsibility
• Strong background in:
  • Integrations, APIs, or platform products
  • Cross-team dependencies and stakeholder management
• Ability to think strategically and pragmatically at the same time
• Strong communication skills – you can explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting course when needed
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams and a solid understanding of technical concepts (APIs, data flows, system boundaries)
• Fluency in English (German is a strong plus)

What this role is not

• Not a pure backlog administrator
• Not a project manager
• Not a discovery-only or UX-only PM role
