As Senior Product Manager for Onboarding in Growth, you optimize the moment a visitor first lands on finn.com, turning traffic into customers. You lead experimentation and personalization to improve discovery, comparison, and car selection. You’ll drive the top-of-funnel experience to support FINN’s growth to 100,000 active customers. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role in a startup culture with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and impact.

• Run a high-velocity experimentation engine (A/B tests as core rhythm)
• Drive personalization and discovery to tailor the shopping experience
• Investigate customer perspective via analytics and qualitative research
• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Shopping product
• Enable and align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing, brand, pricing)

• Several years of product management experience in growth or e-commerce at scale
• End-to-end ownership mindset and hands-on approach
• Proven track record with A/B testing and feedback loops
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Amplitude or Looker
• Experience in agile, high-growth environments (e-commerce or marketplace)
• Bias for outcomes with focus on conversion, revenue, and retention
• Excellent English communication and ability to translate complex issues into actionable steps
