As a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Mobile Engagement for the PAYBACK App, you develop value‑creating product solutions and take full responsibility for your products across the entire product lifecycle.

Your Tasks

• You lead your development team from a product perspective, drive product visions & goals forward, support and coach other Product Owners, and strengthen a strong product mindset within the team
• You understand the needs of users, partners, and the business and translate them into holistic product solutions
• You define and prioritize user stories, accompany the implementation together with your development team, and align technical requirements with business goals
• You work closely with UX designers and various stakeholders to develop innovative new features and continuously improve existing products
• You use product KPIs and data‑driven insights to continuously, measurably, and purposefully further develop products
• You are part of a diverse international team of product, UX, and tech professionals from more than 10 countries

Your Profile

• You have several years of professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for digital B2C products, with a strong focus on frontend development and user‑centered design, as well as a solid understanding of backend systems and data products
• You have experience in product management of native apps (iOS and Android) using agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• You combine a strong technical understanding with a data- and KPI‑driven mindset and can translate complex requirements into clear user stories and product solutions
• You communicate confidently with development teams, business stakeholders, and senior management, and combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic hands‑on approach
• You have experience in stakeholder management and know how to balance different perspectives and drive sustainable decisions as well as compelling user experiences
• You are curious about AI and ideally already use AI tools in your daily work
• You enjoy working in international teams, and your very good German and English skills (both written and spoken) complete your profile
