With a deep pipeline of RAS(ON) inhibitors, our client is redefining what is possible in precision oncology and advancing therapies against targets that were previously considered undruggable.

We are currently looking for experienced Senior Product Manager, Oncology, Germany (F/M/X) to support the expansion of the organization in Germany and contribute to the preparation of a highly promising oncology launch.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the strategic preparation and launch readiness of Oncology pipeline assets in close collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Business Excellence, and European stakeholders.
• Own the commercialization and lifecycle management of Oncology products, including brand strategy, marketing planning, and performance optimization.
• Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies based on market, customer, and competitive insights.
• Drive omnichannel customer engagement strategies and ensure a consistent, data-driven customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Partner closely with the Field Force to translate strategy into actionable initiatives, content, and customer engagement activities.
• Act as the central cross-functional interface between Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Business Excellence, Omnichannel Management, and Sales.
• Collaborate with European Marketing to ensure strategic alignment, best-practice sharing, and successful local execution of regional initiatives.

Your profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing and product management experience within Oncology.
• Proven track record in Oncology product launches, launch planning, and commercialization.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with European and/or global teams.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel engagement, customer-centric marketing, and the Oncology healthcare environment.
• Strategic, data-driven leader with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills in a dynamic environment.
