Senior Product Manager – Population Health

Own an end-to-end product domain or major population health workflow within Atlas
Define product strategy, roadmap, PRDs, and prioritization
Lead customer and market discovery across customer segments and healthcare stakeholders
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical, and domain teams to translate healthcare workflows into scalable product experiences
Identify applications of AI, analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes and operational efficiency
Engage directly with enterprise customers and healthcare stakeholders
Collaborate with GTM, Customer Success, and Solutions teams on launches, positioning, implementations, and strategic customer engagements
Define and track metrics for adoption, workflow efficiency, customer value, retention, growth, and business impact
Influence senior leadership and complex stakeholder groups
Establish discovery, prioritization, execution, and measurement practices
Mentor Product Managers and raise product-management standards

Requirements

7–10+ years of Product Management experience
Meaningful experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS
Strong understanding of US healthcare, preferably across population health and value-based care
Proven experience owning complex products with multiple stakeholders, workflows, dependencies, and customer segments
Strong customer discovery, product strategy, prioritization, execution, and analytical skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment, and make decisions without direct authority
Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and executive communication skills
