As Product Manager for Oracle’s next-generation provider reimbursement platform for the German market, you will be the domain expert translating complex hospital reimbursement needs into scalable software. You’ll collaborate with hospitals, regulators, and internal teams to shape functional requirements and guide engineering through the development lifecycle. Your focus on German inpatient reimbursement will help ensure compliant, customer-centric solutions that optimize reimbursement outcomes. Verantwortungsbereiche

Promote and support inpatient reimbursement solutions with hospitals and healthcare providers
Gather requirements from customer discovery sessions and translate them into product specs and user stories
Collaborate with engineering to validate functional designs and ensure regulatory alignment
Serve as SME on German inpatient reimbursement regulations and DRG methodologies
Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on product functionality
Translate market and regulatory requirements into roadmap priorities and enhancements
Support customer demos, workshops, and product presentations
Partner with implementation, consulting, sales, and customer success for adoption of capabilities
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning for inpatient reimbursement solutions

Zentrale Anforderungen

Strong knowledge of German inpatient reimbursement processes and hospital finance operations
Experience with German DRG-based reimbursement methodologies, medical controlling, hospital billing, and revenue cycle management
Experience in product management, healthcare consulting, business analysis, or healthcare operations
Ability to gather, document, and prioritize complex business requirements
Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills
Fluent German, spoken and written
