Senior Product Manager – SaaS Platform with AI Focus (m/f/d)

Magicline is a leading cloud-based gym-management platform, powering fitness businesses across Europe and beyond. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help shape what comes next.

You'll take on a high-impact role in an evolving organization where AI is transforming the way we work.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Your position in our team

Own your product area end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iterationShape the roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, data, business impact, and technical feasibilityWork closely with Engineering to turn complex challenges into valuable solutionsLead customer discovery and use insights and KPIs to guide decisions and measure impactUse AI actively to improve and accelerate your day-to-day product workLead initiatives across different areas and teams, working closely with customers and stakeholders

Your profile

5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environmentExperience independently owning complex product areasHands-on experience using AI in your day-to-day work, with curiosity to explore new ways of workingStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skillsA solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical dependenciesComfortable working in a fast-changing environmentEnglish at a minimum C1 level; German is a plus

Nice to have

Advanced AI use, such as building agents, workflows, or automationsExperience with ERP, CRM, POS, or similar business software

Your salary

• We offer a salary range of EUR 70,000 – EUR 82,000 per year
• Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role
