Experteer Overview As a Senior PMM in Monzo Business Banking, you own product marketing end-to-end for a product area, shaping strategy, positioning, and go-to-market in new European markets. You work closely with product, research, design, and sales to translate customer and market insight into practical launches. You will influence product direction and cross-functional decisions, enabling market success and adoption. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, inclusive fintech environment.

Define a one-year Product Marketing strategy for a major Business Banking area, aligning customer insight with market opportunities and commercial goals
Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for multiple customer segments
Lead competitive intelligence and market insights to shape product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market priorities
Collaborate with Product, Research, Design, and Data to identify customer problems and market opportunities influencing roadmaps
Set go-to-market strategy for priority products and markets, defining audiences and success criteria
Own product representation across the customer journey, ensuring consistent positioning across touchpoints with cross-functional teams
Enable localisation through collaboration with local markets to balance global consistency with local relevance
Product Marketing expertise, with ability to own PMM for a product area or market
Comfort working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Growth, Marketing, Research)
Ability to translate customer and market insights into strategic direction and concrete launches
Experience mentoring and uplifting other PMMs, sharing frameworks and knowledge
