Senior Product Owner eMobility Roaming (gn) full-time/part-time (hybrid)

About the Role

Your job at DKV Mobility: as part of a leading European B2B platform for on‑road payment solutions, you will help shape the mobility of tomorrow in a dynamic and agile environment.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the continuous development of the eMobility @road, @home, and @work product portfolio and shape and align the digital eMobility feature roadmap.
Own key functionalities across the entire lifecycle of the @road, @home, and @work eMobility products with a strong focus on the SAP landscape, including gathering and defining business requirements and steering development resources.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, accept sprint deliverables, and ensure alignment between planning activities and the overall product roadmap while communicating progress to stakeholders.
Actively drive the development of new features, further digitalisation and automation of processes, and support business stakeholders in designing and implementing innovative solutions.
Provide functional leadership to an international development team, initiate, plan, and deliver projects that expand and enhance eMobility roaming products in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar agile product role.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, especially Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Hands‑on experience in backlog management, business requirement analysis, and prioritisation.
Proven track record of successfully leading software and digitalisation projects.
Understanding of complex system landscapes and integration processes, e.g. SAP, API‑based platforms, or digital services.
Effective collaboration with international and cross‑functional development teams; experience in eMobility, energy, payment solutions, platform businesses, or digital B2B products is desirable.
Ability to translate business requirements into structured user stories and actionable development packages.
Confidence in working with product roadmaps, strategies, and prioritisation frameworks.
Experience planning and facilitating sprint reviews, backlog refinements, and other agile planning activities.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a solution‑oriented mindset and passion for process digitalisation and automation.
Communicates confidently and professionally in German and English as day‑to‑day working languages in an international environment.
