(Senior) Product Owner - Frontline (all genders)

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive one or more features or modules within TeamViewer Frontline ( from ideation and discovery through to delivery and continuous iteration
  • Foster agile practices within the development teams and support the governance of development processes
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to build a compelling product roadmap with global impact
  • Champion the customer by translating feedback into clear requirements, KPIs, and prioritized backlog items
  • Drive insight‑led decision‑making using qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., telemetry, surveys, market and competitive analysis)
  • Enable efficient delivery by ensuring clarity on objectives, deliverables, and impact, while proactively removing blockers
  • Balance feasibility and innovation by partnering with engineers to deliver scalable, intuitive, and technically sound solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years as a Product Owner in a software environment or in a comparable role. Experience in SaaS, AI, B2B, logistics, field service management, communications, or authoring software is a plus
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and contributing to technical discussions. Basic understanding of SaaS concepts; prior coding experience is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Agile mindset: Strong understanding of agile practices and the ability to act as a value maximizer. PSPO certification (or equivalent) is a plus
  • Customer focus: Strong empathy and the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights and clear priorities
  • Analytical skills: Experience working with data‑driven decision‑making and defining/tracking product KPIs
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with experience in international environments
  • Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
