Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the functional design and direction of our client projects
• Development and ownership of product vision, roadmap, and product backlog
• Active use of AI tools for requirements engineering
• Advising our clients on the design of their products and processes
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions internally and for our clients

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, or Business Analyst in software development
• Practical application of agile methodologies and requirements engineering practices
• Targeted use of AI tools in a professional context
• Ideally, experience with agent systems and AI workflows
• Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
